NEW POLICIES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2019DEPOSIT
There will be a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit required for each appointment.
Remaining balance will be accepted in CASH ONLY. There will be an additional $3 fee for credit card processing.
LATE FEE AND CANCELLATIONS
There will be a $10 late fee for arriving 10 minutes after the START of your initial scheduled appointment. Regardless of prior notification (text or call). Ex. If you schedule your appointment for 10AM and you show up at 10:11 AM, you will be charged a $10 late fee. Traffic will not be accepted as an excuse, please plan accordingly. Likewise, KaeBeauty will deduct $10 off your appointment if we are late. After 15 minutes, your appointment is then cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited and a new appointment will need to be made, WITH a NEW deposit.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Each client has the ability to cancel and reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours prior to the START OF THEIR APPOINTMENT via online using the link in the confirmation email or the booking site. Therefore, if you are not able to cancel or reschedule your appointment on your own via website, you have passed the allotted timeframe and will need to contact KaeBeauty to cancel or reschedule. A new deposit will be required for a new appointment.
If you need to make an appointment outside of the displayed available time slots, there will be a $10 fee. KaeBeauty is opened for booking 60 hours every week, so time slots should not be a problem if you are booking ahead of time. If you know your timeframe is limited, please do not wait until the last minute or else there will be a fee to work outside of the scheduled hours. Ex. On Fridays KaeBeauty is opened from 8AM to 7PM but you need to come in earlier, at 7AM. There will be a $10 fee. If you need a later appointment for 8PM, there will be a $10 fee.
